Is parking close to Amtrak Penn Station?

Yes. Both our surface lot at 1706 N Charles St. and our parking garage at 1714 N Charles St. are just one block from Amtrak Penn Station, making them ideal for commuters and travelers.

Do you offer handicap parking?

Yes. Handicap accessible parking is available. The surface lot has one van accessible space. The parking garage includes handicap spaces on the ground floor, including van accessible options.

Is there reserved or assigned parking?

The only reserved parking is for reserved monthly parkers on the first floor of the garage where spaces are specifically assigned. All other parking, including the surface lot and upper floors of the garage, is unassigned and available on a first come, first served basis.

Are the parking lot and garage secure?

Both locations are well lit and monitored regularly. While we take security seriously, we recommend locking your vehicle and not leaving valuables visible inside.

Are you close to nearby theaters, venues, and restaurants?

Yes. Our parking locations are on the same block as The Charles Theatre, Metro Gallery, Baltimore Improv Group (BIG), Alma Cocina Latina, Foraged, and Tapas Teatro, with The Royal Blue located just around the corner. We are also just one block from Amtrak Penn Station, making our lots convenient for shows, dining, and travel.

What are your hours?

The surface lot is open 24 hours a day. The parking garage operates on the following schedule:

Monday – Friday: 4:30 AM – 12:00 AM
Saturday – Sunday: 6:30 AM – 12:00 AM

How do I get a monthly parking pass?

To obtain a monthly parking pass, please see the garage manager in the office located on the first floor of the parking garage. The office is open Monday through Friday between 4:30 AM and 4:00 PM.

Do you offer event parking?

Yes. We offer event parking for nearby venues, performances, and special events in the Station North Arts District. Evening rates may vary during large events.

How do I pay?

After parking in either the surface lot or the garage, go to the ground floor of the garage to pay the attendant. Payment must be made after you park and before you leave the surface lot or garage.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and contactless payments such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
