The owner of this parking facility, Theatre Parking, Inc., its affiliates, their contractors, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, “Management”) is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or destruction of personal property, including vehicles and their contents, left in or on the premises. By parking here, you assume all risks related to your vehicle and personal property, including risks from theft, vandalism, fire, or other causes, and agree to hold Management harmless from and against all such risks, except to the extent caused by Management’s intentional misconduct.
