At Theatre Parking Inc. we believe that public spaces should inspire. Our lots are more than just places to park; they are open air galleries.

The surface lot at 1706 N Charles St. features two large scale murals. The first, by Maya Hayuk, was originally painted in 2011 and reimagined in 2023 with a vibrant new mural layered on top of her earlier work. The second mural was completed in 2024 by Baltimore street artist Nether410, bringing his signature style and energy to the site. Together, these works celebrate the spirit of the Station North Arts District.

On the front facade of our adjacent parking garage at 1714 N Charles St. you will find a bold, modern installation by Baltimore based artist Phaan Howng.
